Late Policy
If you are running late, please ensure you let us know prior to your scheduled appointment time.
If you are late for your service, it will require us to shorten your service length, please note the full-service amount will be charged. We will complete as much as we can during your appointment time.
If there is time before the next client, you have the choice to extend your appointment time to ensure the service is completed entirely for an extended appointment fee.
Cancellation Policy
We appreciate your support and business, but we ask that you respect all policies we have in place at LBL.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you must notify us with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
This can be done via SMS ONLY, please ensure your full name and appointment details are listed in the message.

If you need to reschedule or cancel within less than 24 hours of your upcoming appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service amount. If you cancel or reschedule within 4 hours of your upcoming appointment you will be charged the full 100% service amount. If you are a NO SHOW, you will be charged the full 100% service amount and any future bookings will not be accepted.
All services require your card details upon booking. Your card will only be charged if you cancel or reschedule within less than 24 hours of your upcoming appointment.
Course Policy
A NON REFUNDABLE deposit of 30% must be paid immediately to secure your course date/spot ($450).
The remaining $1050 can be paid in 3 equal payments of $350 over time.
PLEASE NOTE: The full $1500 MUST be paid in full 7 days prior to course date.
If the full amount is not paid 7 days prior to course date, your course will be CANCELLED and the 30% deposit will be FORDEITED.
A refund will be issued if partial cost had been deposited to LBL.
